The above graph shows the relationship of the average sales price versus the average list price of the properties in Laguna Beach. It compares the cumulative year-to-date numbers up to the month of May from 2008 to 2011. The graph depicts a 57% difference between the average list price and final sales price so far in 2011. It also shows a decrease in the average sales price from the highpoint in May of 2008 to May of 2011 of 30%.
The above graph shows the relationship of the number of active listings versus the number of actual sold properties in Laguna Beach. It compares the cumulative year-to-date numbers in the month of May from 2007 to 2011.
The above graph shows the number of contingent (in escrow) properties Year-to-Date through the month of April in Laguna Beach.
